Patna, Oct. 23 -- Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader and Grand Alliance's chief ministerial candidate Tejashwi Yadav today launched a sharp attack on the ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA), vowing to "uproot Bihar's 20-year-old corrupt and inefficient government" in the upcoming Assembly elections.
