Patna, April 12 -- Leader of Opposition Tejaswi Yadav on Sunday mounted a fierce attack on the NDA government in Bihar, alleging massive corruption in the purchase of musical instruments for government schools and called it a glaring example of "administrative anarchy and loot of public money."Yadav said here that Bihar is witnessing the peak of darkness, disorder, immorality and corruption under the NDA government. He claimed that while more than 76,000 primary and middle schools in the state do not have even a single music teacher, the government has spent a staggering Rs 158.44 crore on buying musical instruments.
