Patna, Oct. 23 -- union Minister of State for Home Affairs Nityanand Rai today dismissed the Grand Alliance's decision to project Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejaswi Yadav as its chief ministerial candidate, asserting that while Yadav may be a candidate, the people of Bihar would "never allow him to become the Chief Minister."Rai told news persons here that Tejashwi's selection as the GA's face was the result of "internal pressure and political coercion" among the alliance partners.
