Patna, Nov. 6 -- Expressing confidence that a new Mahagathbandhan government will be formed on November 14, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader and the alliance's chief ministerial face Tejashwi Yadav today accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of voter manipulation and the misuse of government machinery during the ongoing Bihar Assembly elections.

"There will be a change on November 14, bring change, form a new government," Yadav told reporters after casting his vote in the first phase of polling at a booth in Patna.

Yadav alleged that the Ministry of Railways was "arranging special trains" to bring in voters from outside Bihar to support the National Democratic Alliance (NDA).
