Patna, Nov. 6 -- Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader and Mahagathbandhan's chief ministerial face, Tejashwi Yadav, made a last-ditch effort to woo voters during the first phase of Bihar's polling by highlighting the alliance's promises and guarantees if it comes to power.
