Patna, Aug. 13 -- In a scathing criticism of the BJP, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Prasad Yadav today accused the Bihar organization secretary of BJP, Bhikhubhai Dalsania, who is a Gujarat native, of recently becoming a voter in Patna and accused the ruling party of altering the electoral rolls by registering non-residents as voters and allowing duplicate voter IDs for BJP supporters allegedly in connivance with the Election Commission.
