Patna, Aug. 5 -- Senior RJD leader Tejashwi Prasad Yadav today remained silent on keeping two voters ID cards but questioned the functioning of Election Commission, saying large scale irregularities were committed during Special Intensive Revision of Electoral Rolls in Bihar.

Yadav said that he had been raising the issue of irregularities being committed during SIR in Bihar, started when next state assembly elections were only two to three months away. Names of a large number of voters were missing in draft electoral rolls released after first phase of SIR in Bihar, he added.
