Patna, Aug. 5 -- Senior RJD leader Tejashwi Prasad Yadav today remained silent on possessing two voters ID cards, but questioned the functioning of the Election Commission, claiming large-scale irregularities were committed during the Special Intensive Revision of Electoral Rolls in Bihar.
Yadav said that he had been raising the issue of irregularities being committed during SIR in Bihar, which started when the next state assembly elections were only two to three months away. Names of a large number of voters were missing in the draft electoral rolls released after the first phase of SIR in Bihar, he added.
