Patna, June 17 -- Bihar's ruling JD(U) today accused senior RJD leader Tejashwi Prasad Yadav of levelling "baseless charges" against the Nitish Kumar government, saying he was making himself a laughing stock through such behaviour.

National spokesman of JD(U) Rajeev Ranjan Prasad told media persons here that Tejashwi was making such "baseless charges" apparently in haste, in his bid to come to power, but the reality was known to everyone.

During the RJD regime, people were living under the shadow of fear as law and order had totally collapsed then, he added.
