Patna, Feb. 28 -- Founder of "Jan Swaraj" Prashant Kishor on Friday said that RJD leader Tejashwi Prasad Yadav had no knowledge of the budget, as he had promised to the people of the state for launching such schemes that were not financially feasible.
Kishor, popularly known as PK, said here that Yadav had recently promised to roll out the 'Maiye Bahin Behna' Yojana to give Rs 2500 per month to every woman. If this scheme was actually rolled out, it would create a burden of Rs 1.5 lakh crores on the state exchequer of Bihar, which has an annual budget of Rs 2.4 lakh crores only, he pointed out.
It was a natural question from where RJD would arrange such a whopping amount to meet the expenses to be incurred against rolling out the promise...
