New Delhi, Nov. 21 -- A Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) Tejas fighter plane crashed while performing a manoeuvre at the Dubai air show on Friday afternoon.
It was not immediately clear whether the pilot had ejected or not.
The aircraft which was developed by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), went down at about 1400 hrs local time after catching fire.
This is the second Tejas crash after 2024 Jaisalmer crash.
The crash occurred during the Dubai Air Show, one of the world's largest aviation exhibitions.
Tejas is an Indian single-engine, multirole combat aircraft designed by the Aeronautical Development Agency and manufactured by HAL for the Indian Air Force and the Indian Navy.
