Hyderabad, Nov. 21 -- Technology has the potential to double farmers' income, especially those cultivating rice, maize and cotton, said Jayesh Ranjan, Special Chief Secretary, Chief Minister's Office and Special Projects (SPEED), Government of Telangana.
Speaking on the second and concluding day of the Earth Summit 2025, held at the HITEX Exhibition Centre in Madhapur on Friday, he said the state had already identified more than 80 technologies that could be applied across various stages of crop cultivation, many of which are currently being tested on agricultural university farms.
