Kolkata, May 21 -- Tea Board of India on Wednesday launched various mass awareness programs for promotion of aromatic beverage to commemorate the International Tea Day.
The Tea Board has been organizing a host of engaging activities in this city as well as other
regions of the country, to promote and pay tribute to India's rich tea heritage.
Recognizing the cultural and economic contribution, and significance of Indian tea for overall wellness, these events aim to create widespread awareness and appreciation of the myriad
varieties of tea produced in the country amongst all age groups, especially the urban youth.
