Hyderabad/Mumbai, April 17 -- Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on Friday denied that Nida Khan held any HR role in the company, even as it announced a series of measures, including setting up an oversight panel and engaging external experts, in connection with the recent Nashik case in Maharashtra.

In a statement, TCS CEO and Managing Director K Krithivasan said the company has appointed expert teams from Deloitte and law firm Trilegal as independent counsel to support an internal investigation led by TCS President and COO Aarthi Subramanian.

An oversight committee has also been constituted, chaired by Independent Director Keki Mistry, to review the findings of the internal probe and oversee implementation of recommendations.
