Jamshedpur, Dec. 19 -- : Tata Steel has earned Gold Employer recognition at the India Workplace Equality Index (IWEI) 2025 for the fifth consecutive year, reaffirming its long-term commitment to LGBT inclusion and to building an equitable workplace.
The recognition was announced at the sixth edition of the IWEI Summit and Awards, which saw participation from over 100 organisations. Tata Steel's Gold status reflects sustained efforts to embed diversity and inclusion across policies, talent systems, leadership practices, and internal and external engagement.
