Kochi, Oct. 31 -- Tata Motors, the country's largest commercial vehicle manufacturer, has entered into a strategic partnership with THINK Gas, a key City Gas Distribution (CGD) company, to accelerate the adoption of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) in India's long-haul and heavy-duty trucking segment.

The two companies signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to expand LNG refuelling infrastructure, promote fuel quality awareness, and enable large-scale deployment of LNG-powered commercial vehicles across major freight routes.

The collaboration aims to support India's transition to cleaner and more sustainable freight mobility, a release said.
