Lucknow, Dec. 15 -- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Tata Group Chairman N. Chandrasekaran on Monday discussed the Tata Group's ongoing works and future proposals in the state.
Chandrasekaran informed the Chief Minister about Tata Motors' plans to expand electric vehicle manufacturing in the state and develop new models.
He also spoke about other Tata Group projects related to energy infrastructure and industrial development in the state.
Chandrasekaran stated that Tata Power is installing a new 1900 MW thermal unit at its Bara plant in Prayagraj. The Tata Group is also rapidly progressing with its solar power development projects in the state.
