Mumbai, Dec. 17 -- IT major Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services Asia Pacific, has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in Bhutan called Tata Consultancy Services BT, according to a regulatory filing made to the stock exchange today.
"We wish to inform you that Tata Consultancy Services Asia Pacific, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has incorporated 'Tata Consultancy Services BT Private Limited' a wholly-owned subsidiary in Bhutan on December 16, 2025," the company stated in a filing made to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
