New Delhi, Oct. 24 -- Tarun Kumar Pithode, an officer of the Indian Administrative Service has assumed the charge of the Member- Secretary of the Commission for Air Quality Magement in NCR and adjoining areas (CAQM), today. According to an official statement, Pithode has been appointed for an overall tenure of five years, up to September 8, 2029, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
He succeeded Arvind Kumar Nautiyal, IRSME (1992), in this key position.
