Kabul/New Delhi, April 23 -- The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan today condemned the Pahalgam terror attack and said such incidents undermine the efforts to ensure regional security and stability.
In a post on X, Abdul Qahar Balkhi, spokesperson of the Afghan Taliban foreign ministry in Kabul, said:
"The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan categorically condemns the recent attack on tourists in the Pahalgam region of Jammu and Kashmir, and expresses our condolences to the bereaved families.
"Such incidents undermine efforts to ensure regional security and stability."
