New Delhi/Kabul, Oct. 12 -- Amid escalating border tensions with Pakistan, Afghan Taliban Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi, who is visiting New Delhi, accused "a particular circle" within the Pakistani military establishment of working to damage relations with Kabul.
Acting Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi, speaking at a press conference at the Afghan embassy in New Delhi on Sunday, said Taliban forces had given a "serious response" to recent cross-border threats.
