Dehra (Kangra), Dec. 29 -- Himachal Pradesh Leader of the Opposition Jai Ram Thakur has said that talent is not dependent on cities or resources, asserting that rural areas are rich in potential and only need proper guidance and opportunities.
Addressing the annual function of Delhi Convent School, Sunehat, Dehra, Thakur lauded the students' cultural performances and said children are the future of the nation. He emphasised hard work, discipline, values and self-confidence as keys to success, and praised the role of teachers, school management and parents in shaping young minds. He also felicitated meritorious students.
