Lucknow, Dec. 22 -- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath today said that earlier "one district one mafia" used to flourish in the state due to which the cooperative sector got ruined and farmers' capital worth thousands of crores of rupees got stuck but now time has come to take concrete steps towards "One District One Cooperative Bank".
He was speaking at the grand inauguration of the Youth Co-operative Conference and UP Co-operative Expo-2025 held here. On this occasion, the Chief Minister described the cooperative sector as an important pillar of the economic strength of Uttar Pradesh and the country.
