Chattogram, April 28 -- Spinners Taijul Islam and Nayeem Hasan spun the momentum of the day in the final session as Zimbabwe reached 227-9 at stumps on Day 1 of the second and final Test at the Bir Sreshtho Flight Lieutenant Matiur Rahman Stadium here on Monday.
Taijul claimed four wickets in the session and ended the day with 5-60, his 16th five-wicket haul in Tests, while Nayeem struck twice as Zimbabwe lost seven wickets for 66 runs in the final session.
Wicketkeeper-batter Tafadzwa Tsiga and Blessing Muzarabani are unbeaten on 18 and two respectively and will resume the proceedings on Tuesday.
