Srinagar, Feb. 2 -- A Territorial Army (TA) personnel went missing in Jammu Kashmir Anantnag district, official sources said here on Sunday.
The soldier, identified as 25-year-old Rifleman Abid Hussian Bhat had left his home at Kharpora Chttergul, Utrassu in Anantnag district to report to duty at Rangreth unit of the army on Saturday, they said.
"The soldier did not report at the camp till Sunday morning and a missing report was lodged with the concerned police station", they said.
The Soldier was on a one-month leave and was supposed to report back to duty on Saturday.
A senior police officer said that a preliminary investigation hinted that it was not a terror-related incident.
