Betul (MP), Oct. 12 -- Madhya Pradesh Minister of State for Public Health and Medical Education and district in-charge Minister Narendra Shivaji Patel has held the doctor responsible for the deaths of many children following consumption of poisonous cough syrup in this and Chhindwara districts.
Late last night, the minister inspected the district hospital.
