Ranchi, Sept. 15 -- Preparations are in full swing in Jharkhand for the Swasth Nari -Sashakt Parivar (Healthy Women - Empowered Family) campaign, which will be observed nationwidefrom September 17 to October 2.

The national initiative will be formally inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, while in Jharkhand, health camps will be organized from the Panchayat level to medical colleges across the state.

The campaign will focus primarily on the health and well-being of women and adolescent girls. Free health check-ups for serious conditions such as blood pressure, blood sugar, and cancer screening will be mandatory at all camps.
