Kolhapur, Dec. 31 -- Swabhimani Shetkari Sanghatana (SSS) national president and former MP Raju Shetty has announced that his party will extend support to the candidates of opposition Mah Vikas Aghadi (MVA), comprising Congress, NCP-SP, Shiv Sena (UBT), all over the state in ongoing 29 municipal corporation elections.
The farmers' leader has sent a letter to this effect to Satej Patil, MLC and Congress group leader in state legislative council, saying that SSS will support strongly to MVA to fight against burning issues of the state like inflation, rising unemployment and corruption.
