Shimla, Sept. 11 -- State Vigilance Department and Anti-Corruption Bureau arrested assistant drug controller Nishant Sarin after Himachal Pradesh High Court rejected his bail application here on Wednesday.
A police officer confirmed that he was detained after rejection his bail application by High Court.
The court directed the officer to sorrounder after his bail application was rejected and he detained by the anticorruption sleuth outside High Court this afternoon.
Mr Nishant Sarin, the suspect who works at Himachal's Drug Control Administration in Baddi, faces allegations of having wealth disproportionate to known sources of income and booked by the SVD & ACB at Solan Police Station.
