Shillong, Oct. 3 -- An unidentified man, suspected to be a cow lifter, was allegedly electrocuted at Mylliem Lum village in Meghalaya's East Khasi Hills district.
The dead body of a suspected cow lifter was discovered on Thursday by the villagers near a cowshed.
