Hyderabad, Oct. 10 -- A recent survey by Australia-based psychological wellness platform GM5 has highlighted a growing mental health crisis among school students in Telangana and Karnataka.
Conducted across 11 schools, the GM5 School Survey engaged 5000 students aged 10-18 to assess psychological well-being.
The findings revealed that nearly 24 per cent of students show signs of psychological distress, with 6-10 per cent in the high or critical range requiring immediate support. Over 60 per cent reported sleep difficulties, while more than 70 per cent struggled with focus and concentration.
