Imphal, Jan. 5 -- The Directorate of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution (CAF & PD), Manipur has launched surprise inspections at oil retail outlets across the State to verify the quality, density, and quantity of petrol and diesel being sold to consumers.
