Bengaluru, July 9 -- AICC General Secretary in-charge of Karnataka, Randeep Singh Surjewala today launched a scathing attack on the Narendra Modi-led Union government, accusing it of engaging in what he termed as "deliberate discrimination" against the people of Karnataka for voting the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) out of power.
