Shimla, Jan. 22 -- The Supreme Court may hear the Chief Parliamentary Secretaries of Himachal Pradesh versus Kalpana case after March 15 now as the apex court defferred hearing on Monday.
Talking to UNI, Advocate General Anup Rattan said that the matter was listed before the Supreme Court Division Bench on Monday through online proceedings.
He added that the apex court has indicated that the case would be listed for regular hearing after March 15.
"Apex court extended the interim stay on the disqualification of six Congress MLAs of Himachal Pradesh who were appointed as Chief Parliamentary Secretaries (CPS) in the government headed by the Chief Minister," he said.
