Mumbai, July 17 -- Supporters of Sharad Pawar-led NCP MLA Jitendra Awhad and BJP MLA Gopichand Padalkar beat up each other in the lobby of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly building (Vidhan Bhavan) saying, "You think I am afraid of you?" late this evening.
According to witnesses, Nitin Deshmukh, who is a worker of Sharad Pawar-led NCP MLA Jitendra Awhad was beaten up by BJP MLA Gopichand Padalkar's supporters. Several abuses were exchanged from both sides, by the time security guards reached the spot and resolved the fight.
