Phagwara, July 3 -- Former Leader of Opposition (LoP) and sitting MLA Sukhpal Singh Khaira has urged Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh to summon a special session of the Punjab Assembly to oppose direct attack on the autonomy of the state regarding the proposed Electricity Amendment Bill 2020 and three anti- farmer Ordinances passed recently by the central government, that will become a law in the upcoming monsoon session of Parliament.
