Dharamshala, April 18 -- Former minister and senior BJP leader Bikram Singh Thakur has termed the Congress government in Himachal Pradesh insensitive and alleged that the Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu government was playing with the lives of the common people.

He said that the poor and needy patients of the state, who were to be treated in a prestigious institute like the PGI Chandigarh under the Himcare scheme, were being deprived of treatment due to the insensitivity of the state government because the government has not yet paid an outstanding amount of Rs 14 crore to PGI Chandigarh.
