Puri, Aug. 14 -- Padma Shri award-winning sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik today unveiled an impressive 8-foot-high sand sculpture at Puri Beach, Odisha, commemorating Operation Sindoor
and celebrating the vision of a progressive, empowered India.
Crafted with around 10 tons of sand, the sculpture carried the powerful message "Bharat Mata Ki Jai."
Through symbolic artistry, it portrayed Operation Sindoor as a testament to national achievement, championing women's dignity, safety, and opportunities as cornerstones of a truly free and advancing nation.
The artwork also paid tribute to India's armed forces, with intricately carved fighter jets in flight representing the country's strength, readiness, and unwavering commitment to defense.
