Hyderabad, March 12 -- Two government officials including Sub-registrar and Village Revenue Assistant were caught by ACB officials when they demanded and accepted bribe at Peddappally and Jogulamba Gadwal districts in Telangana on Tuesday.
Sub Registrar working at Peddapally in Peddapally district, Mamidipally Dileep Chandra Gopal was caught when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs 30,000 through is private agent (document writer) from a TV reporter Gondra Anudeep for registration and handing over the sale deed pertaining to the land of his father, ACB said in release here.
The bribe amount was recovered from the document writer.
