Aligarh, Oct. 31 -- A sub-inspector has been suspended after he allegedly included the name of a six-year-old boy in a peace disturbance case and listed his age as 40 in official documents.
SSP Neeraj Kumar Jadon took action against the policer officer following an internal investigation that confirmed negligence, officials said on Friday.
The incident occurred in the Quarsi area of Rajeev Nagar, where two residents were involved in a dispute over installing a door. The police registered a preventive action report against both parties under Sections 126 and 135 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS).
