Chennai, Sept. 26 -- Observing that students are the navigators of future, unionPorts, Shipping and Waterways Minister Sarbananda Sonowal today said India'srise in this century was closely tied to the oceans.

Delivering the Convocation address at the Indian Maritime University (IMU) here,he told the graduands that "You are going to be the navigators of our future.
