Lakhisarai, Dec. 15 -- Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and Revenue and Land Reforms Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha on Monday announced to take strict action against land, liquor and other mafias and said that people involved in illegal activities will not be spared under any circumstances.
Addressing the Land Reforms Public Welfare Dialogue programme in Lakhisarai, Sinha announced to develop Lakhisarai as a model district in the revenue sector.
He said the government is committed to break the nexus between land mafias, criminals and revenue officials and warned that any official found guilty, will be immediately dismissed and property investigation will be ordered.
