Patna, Dec. 2 -- Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha on Tuesday said that the government would take strict action against corrupt employees and their properties would be under scanner to curb corruption.

After reviewing the progress of his department, Sinha directed the officials to prepare a date wise progress report of mutation cases daily, covering updates from Circle Officers to Divisional Commissioners.

He said that the daily report should clearly mention how much work is being completed within the fixed time limit.

He also took updates on key areas such as mutation (dakhil-kharij), Parimarjan Plus, grievance redressal system, land survey and land tax payment.
