Parbhani, Dec. 22 -- Three toddlers were injured, one of them seriously, after being attacked by a pack of stray dogs in the Hidayat Nagar area of Jintur town in Parbhani district on Monday, triggering panic among residents and renewed demands for urgent civic intervention.
The injured children have been identified as Shehzad Rizwan Hussain (6), Syed Taimur Syed Feroz (5), and Junaira Tofique Qureshi (1). The incident occurred while the children were playing outside their homes when stray dogs roaming freely in the locality suddenly attacked them.
Shehzad Rizwan Hussain sustained a severe dog bite injury to the head and is reported to be in a serious condition. The other two children suffered minor to moderate injuries.
