New Delhi, April 6 -- The Supreme Court on Monday issued notices to the Centre, states, and union Territories on a plea to manage stray cattle on national and state highways.
The apex court sought responses on a plea seeking direction to relevant authorities about the management of stray cattle on key roads of India.
