Vijayawada, Sept. 22 -- Andhra Pradesh Minister for Energy Gottipati Ravikumar has made it clear that all steps have been taken to contain the pollution being generated by the coal-fired Narla Tata Rao Thermal Power Station (NTTPS), located at Ibrahimpatnam, near here.

Replying to a question, asked by MLA Vasantha Krishna Prasad in the Legislative Assembly on Monday, Minister Ravikumar said that steps were already taken to contain the pollution being generated by the NTTPS and repairing works were also taken up as per the advice of the Pollution Control Board.
