Lucknow, April 21 -- The Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) is launching the Industrial Plot Allotment Scheme to set up a cutting-edge Bulk Drug and Formulations Pharma Park in Lalitpur from Monday, official sources said here.
Sources said that the allotment rate for industrial plots has been set at Rs 1,914 per square meter to attract investors. "Besides, a 2 percent rebate will be offered on the total cost to units opting for one-time payment after allotment," they said.
Sources said that the Pharma Park is being developed with state-of-the-art infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency and global competitiveness.
