Imphal, Feb. 22 -- The Government of Manipur has announced a three-day state mourning as a mark of respect to the late Vungzagin Valte, MLA of 56 Thanlon Assembly Constituency.
The state mourning will be observed from February 22 to February 24 and during this period, the National Flag will be flown at half-mast across the State, and there will be no official entertainment programmes.
