Starlink launches internet services in Bangladesh
Dhaka, May 20 -- Starlink, the satellite internet venture backed by Elon Musk's SpaceX, has officially launched its operations in Bangladesh, offering high-speed, low-latency internet to both urban and remote users across the country.
Confirming the development, Faiz Ahmad Taiyeb, Special Assistant to the Chief Advisor, said Starlink informed the Bangladesh government of its entry via a phone call on Monday afternoon, followed by confirmation on their official social media handle earlier Tuesday morning.
