Hyderabad/New Jersey, Oct. 6 -- TPCC Campaign Committee Chairman and former MP Madhuyashki Goud appealed to NRIs to stand firmly behind the Congress Praja government in Telangana under the leadership of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy.
Speaking as chief guest at a meeting organized by the American Telugu Association (ATA) in New Jersey during his US visit, Madhuyashki lashed out at former Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, alleging that during his ten-year rule the state was looted through large-scale irregularities beginning with the Kaleshwaram project.
He said that while BRS leader K T Rama Rao frequently visited America and made big claims, the previous regime pushed Telangana into heavy debt and exploitation.
